Finally and at last. Internet is hooked up. Elise asked if we'd ever talk again, or something to that effect. Very funny, I said. Actually, I think I emphatically said "Absolutely not!" I still have my misgivings about devoting my life to the cause of blogging. I've said that it will be mostly a picture blog. It will be the place that our friends and family can go to look at how beautiful our life is, etc.

We got a new keyboard too. Big deal? Yes, of course. Ever since Esmé tipped some iced coffee (which included some cream and sugar) on the original one, space bar doesn't work. No good, eh? So I broke down and bought a new one.

Self-portrait outside the R-Bs. The city of Vancouver is quite nice, I must say. A city for walking filled with verdant plants. We loved our time there. Maybe someday it will be our permanent home.
