..documenting life and other musings..

I'm just a sub dude.

Wow these posts have been more and more infrequent. Sorry to all of my blog-fans. Speaking of fans I just gained about 150 more. Fifth graders to be exact. I swear at least half these kids think they some famous guy for a substitute. Most times its Billy Joe Armstrong from Green Day. I've gotten Cilian Murphy who was in Batman Begins and Red Eye not to mention Jack White from White Stripes. "Weren't you on TV or a movie or something?" If ever I make one peep of singing or start to groove to the music they immediately think "Perfect material for American Idol." These kids must not be as discerning as that Simon guy. Today I did a little lunch duty and decided to walk around the cafeteria. As I got closer to completing the circle they got louder and louder with their clapping and cheering to the point where many were actually on their feet and making an awful racket with me wondering, I just don't get this Who do they think I am, and the volunteer lunch ladies are further mystified by this sudden outburst. Often times they ask for my autograph. Don't worry all because I'm ultra-humble about it just waving them off dismissing their silly behaviour.

But I have been reconsidering my chances on American Idol.

I forgot to mention that Harry Potter is my other lookalike. Especially with a tweed, dark scarf and glasses. (I never wear glasses, though; else I would get mobbed.)

Dangit.

I was gonna suggest the Harry Potter look as well.

You should wear that shirt that says Potter on it into the lunchroom sometime.
